Some good corporate practices to follow
1. Community: Setting corporate goals that are also good for the community take you far. 2. Responsibility: Giving every person in the organization responsibilities makes them feel valuable. Make them answerable for the tasks to the entire organization and not only to their superiors. 3. Sense of belonging: Employees should not be hired and fired to make stockholders happy. Companies that do this go down anyway. This serves no purpose except to make staff insecure and unpleasant. Every one is watching out for the skin on their own backs.
